The Critical One Month is with consistent Postpartum care towards settling into the rhythms with ease. Both mother, family, and infant truly learn and get the benefits of resting after birth and the family is well connected. The consistent care establishes strong communications with Amber as well as less common struggles with lactation, infections, physical complaints, clarity, and sleeping patterns. This includes 24 hours of cooking, postpartum healing support, and 4 massages.
DetailsThis includes a total of consistent 36 hours to Postpartum Doula care with:
Finding rhythms with baby and family.
Family and sibling techniques to support their integration and bonding.
Help settling in and going to appointments.
General healthy reminders for eating, resting, and hydrating.
General support with infant care.
Getting good latch and keeping milk supply.
Local resources for specific further care i.e. lactation consultants.
In home and out of home general errands.
